Rental Fee
Times and Fees:
$150.00 All Day
$100 Morning (9AM – 3PM)
$100 Evening (4PM – 10PM)
Rental fee is due 14 days in advance of the scheduled event.
Deposit
Refundable Deposit:
$200
Deposit is due at time of reservation.
Deposits will be refunded within 7 days after the event, following inspection

How to Rent the Facility
Step 1
Check if your date is available
To accommodate cleaning schedule even if an event is booked for half day the calendar will be blocked the full day.
Step 2
Decide the time
The Club House is available the following times:
- Full Day – 9AM to 10PM
- Half Day Morning – 9AM to 3PM
- Half Day Evening – 4PM to 10PM
Step 3
Complete the Facility Request Form
This form is submitted electronically and once date is confirmed we will place a charge on your account for the deposit and cleaning fee that needs to be paid before the booking is confirmed.

What are the rental guidelines?
The rental guidelines are as follow:
- Maximum capacity is 50
- Guests may use the clubhouse & lanai only. Not the pool
- Do not prop any door open
- No bounce houses
- No gas or charcoal grills
- No cooking
- NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING
- Decorations can be hung with masking tape only; no scotch tape, thumbtacks or staples.
- Cake candles ONLY (no other table candles in the main areas)
- Sterno is only permitted in the kitchen area
- No confetti or glitter
- Ensure all doors are locked before you leave
- Keys must be placed in lockbox prior to leaving
What's Included with the rental fee?
With the rental fee the room cleanup is included. The cleanup covers cleaning, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
Why a deposit is required?
Deposit is required to cover the repair of any damages to the room during usage. Excessive damage beyond the cost of the deposit will be charged to the homeowner’s HOA account.
My guests are allowed to use the pool during the rental period?
No, the rental is exclusive for the use of the club house room and lanai for up to 50 guests.
What if my activity exceeds the designated rental period?
If you keep the room beyond the agreed rental period your will be automatically forfeiting your deposit unless you are granted an exception.
